QuickBuy.io provides restaurant management software-as-a-service (SaaS). This policy explains how our services are delivered to you and how you will receive confirmation of your payment.

1. Service Delivery

  • QuickBuy.io is a digital service. No physical items or goods are shipped, and therefore no shipping conditions apply.
  • Access to your subscription is delivered electronically through your account dashboard.
  • Your subscription is activated immediately, and in all cases within 24 hours, once your payment has been confirmed.
  • There are no delivery fees — delivery of the service is free of charge.
  • Delivery time is the same for customers inside the UAE and internationally, as the service is provided online.

2. Payment Confirmation

  • Once your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive a payment confirmation and a transaction receipt by email to your registered email address.
  • The payment confirmation will reach you within 24 hours of the transaction being completed.
