Refund policy

This policy describes when refunds are available for QuickBuy.io subscriptions and how they are processed. Please read it carefully before making a purchase decision.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as set out in this policy. This is clearly communicated to cardholders before any purchase decision is made, to prevent misunderstandings and disputes.
  • You are entitled to a refund if you were charged in error (including duplicate charges), if you were billed after a valid cancellation, or if the subscribed service was not delivered or activated.
  • As QuickBuy.io is a digital service, refund scenarios relating to physical goods (wrong product sent, defective product, product damaged in shipping, or tampered product) do not apply. If the service you receive is materially different from what was purchased, or is defective and we cannot remedy it, you may request a refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to info@quickbuy.io from your registered email address.

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
