Cancellation policy

This policy describes the conditions under which you may cancel your QuickBuy.io subscription. It is communicated to cardholders before the purchase decision is made, to prevent misunderstandings and disputes.

1. Cancellation Conditions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing info@quickbuy.io from your registered email address.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to the service until then, and no further charges are made after cancellation.
  • Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • As QuickBuy.io is a digital service, replacement of physical goods does not apply. You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time instead of cancelling.

2. Card Details

  • QuickBuy.io will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
