1. Eligibility and Acceptance

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You must have legal authority to represent a business entity (restaurant, group, or franchise).
• By signing up, you confirm that the provided business and contact information is accurate and up to date.
• Use of the platform is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

2. Account Registration and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, including that of your employees.
• You agree not to misuse the platform, reverse engineer the code, or attempt to bypass security measures.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

• QuickBuy.io offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually via Stripe or approved local gateways.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
• Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice.

4. License Grant and Use Restrictions

• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your internal business operations.
• You may not sublicense, resell, copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the software.
• Misuse of the system (e.g., spam, bots, illegal transactions) will result in immediate termination.

5. Restaurant, Customer, and Employee Data

• You retain full ownership of all restaurant, customer, and employee data uploaded or generated.
• You grant us the right to process this data solely to deliver the agreed services.
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your customers and employees.
• You are the Data Controller of such data; QuickBuy.io acts as the Data Processor under applicable laws.

6. Service Availability, Support, and Maintenance

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.
• Emergency or unscheduled maintenance may occur at any time to protect platform integrity.
• Support is provided via email and in-app messaging; response time is typically within 24 hours.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Our platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for losses related to revenue, data, business interruptions, or third-party claims.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
• You use the platform at your own risk and agree to indemnify us from any misuse or unlawful activity conducted through your account.

8. Termination and Suspension

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or abuse of service.
• Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and data may be deleted unless otherwise required by law.
• You are responsible for exporting your data before cancellation.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Dubai under the DIFC-LCIA rules.
• You waive the right to participate in any class action related to these Terms.
